We currently ship within Switzerland offer bespoke arrangements for select European destinations upon request.

SHIPPING
- We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Switzerland .
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on whether your piece is made to order or ready to ship. You will receive an estimated delivery window at checkout or upon confirmation.
- We do not offer automatic international checkout at this time. However, we are pleased to accommodate individual requests to neighbouring countries. If you are based in Europe, please contact us directly, and we will personally assist with shipping options, duties, and timings.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- For in-stock pieces, we will repair or replace any item that arrives with a verified manufacturing fault or damage in transit.
- For bespoke pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, repair or replace the piece. Please note: Signs of wear, scratches, or accidental damage are not considered defects.
